Working with founder and editor-in-chief Mike Squires, I served as an associate editor and staff writer for the premier journal of funeral service for a decade before the publication fell victim to the downward trend in print media. Most notably, I attended and authored an article about the funeral service of Rev. Billy Graham and have the rare distinction of interviewing, along with Mike Squires, the famously private founder of Service Corporation International, Robert Waltrip and penned an article about his life and legacy in funeral service.
