Westpac Group Credit Analyst for St George, Bank SA and Bank of Melbourne home loans, initiated via the broker channels.

I commenced my banking career as a teller with the Commonwealth Bank and worked my way up through the ranks of Customer Service Specialist, Personal Lender & Personal lending relationship officer, Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager. Earlier in my career I also spent time completing project work including the role out of the banks previous home lending platform and branch telling systems as part of the user acceptance team and as a financial service and area office assistant. I further enhanced my customer relationship management and mortgage lending skills after completing a year as a Relationship Manager prior to returning to my passion of Branch Management.
