• Process employee expense reimbursements and travel reimbursements via disbursement vouchers• Assist program manager in reconciling P-card transactions to appropriate funding accounts• Complete travel expense reports for employees conducting travel-related business• Create and submit travel authorizations for employees conducting travel-related business• Use Excel to maintain accurate records of P-card purchases and their respective funding accounts• Direct employees when submitting timesheets each pay period• Maintain an Excel database of travel expenses and their respective funding accounts
