My current role is Spent Fuel Research Manager at Nuclear Waste Services. Previously, I have worked at the Universities of Sheffield and Manchester as Research Fellows in Materials & Environmental Chemistry with ample experience of working in labs both inside and outside of academia. My expertise includes radiochemistry, materials chemistry, and have worked in the nuclear sector for over 8 years. I have had the opportunity to work in various institutes around around the UK, Europe and America during my current research. Whilst my current expertise is within materials and environmental science, I have previous experience working with organic and inorganic synthetic chemistry and lanthanide based nanoparticles.
