With my 20+ year of running complicated operations, I have joined the NexGen/Pixior 3PL and Dura Trucking team to help accelerate their growth. I plan to use my background in to help streamline our third party logistics (3PL) as well as working with manufacturers, importers, and retailers of all sizes in support of their domestic supply chain. I will be heading up special technology projects, enhancing our client portals, and revamping our websites.I will be focusing on sales related Port Drayage, Warehousing, Distribution, Order Fulfillment, Pick and Pack, Value Added Services, Small Parcel, and Transportation solutions. Omni-channel solutions including Wholesale, Direct-to-Consumer, and Retail store fulfillment.

During my role as Vice President of Operations, I administer all inbound and outbound of product across multiple geographically distributed locations in United States and Canada. I also manage complete information technology department aimed at achieving designated business targets. In this role I ensure seamless supply chain operation of logistics center consisting of 150 employees with sortation and automation. It is also one of my day-to-day responsibility to onboard all 3PL (8) relationships, including Canadian 3PLs.My Key Contributions for this role:• Utilized consumer e-commerce websites, such as Magento2 and ShopifyPlus that increased revenue by 240% from 2019 to 2021.• Played an anchored role in moving majority of distribution from California to 270,000 sq. ft. automated building in Mississippi• Ensured proper allocation and utilization of resources by managing annual budget $25M+.

During my role as Director of Operations, I directed complete operational/IT functions, including onboarding of 3PLs in multiple states, website development, and ERP implementations. In this role I also selected and executed company ERP in compliance with organizational requirements to manage overall aspects of company, including A/R, A/P, Production, EDI, and reporting.My Key Achievements for this role:• Deployed systems and implemented robust procedures aimed at growing business at rate of 100% without operational adding headcount.• Saved 15% operational cost by moving majority of distribution 3pl to company run distribution center.• Achieved growth to three million within two years by converting wholesale business to ecommerce.• Utilized analytics and planning tools that improved on operation functions while reducing chargebacks for 34%.

During my role as Operation and Information Technology Manager, I supported control and management of day-to-day operations by delivering effective integrations of warehouse management system software applications. I also guided to ensure the execution of company-wide enterprise security strategy for network and hardware, disaster recovery, data protection, and endpoint protection.My Key Contributions for this role:• Streamlined departmental operations, including import and export aimed at achieving designated business targets.• Saved 75% operational cost within one year through EDI management.• Migrated system to new Oracle ERP (A2000) while serving as implementation project manager.
