I oversee the LA Innovation Lab for Verizon.My team and I manage the 30,000 sq ft facility, where we source, build and maintain 40+ different technology demos across Sports & Venues, Media & Entertainment, and Industry 4.0 (robotics, computer vision, AI/ML, automation, etc.) verticals that benefit from Verizon's superior connectivity solutions.Each year we support roughly 100+ customer/partner visits to the lab, showcasing how Verizon's influence in enterprise extends beyond connectivity and serves as a foundation for powering cutting-edge technologies such as AI/ML, computer vision, robotics, advanced media production and creation capabilities.We also host various Southern California technology ecosystem events, working with local partners such as SoCal Alliance Innovation, BizFed Institute, FBRC.AI, Infinity Festival, Sprockit, and Cisco to bring together the latest cutting-edge technologies that will improve people's lives.Southern California has a rich tapestry of innovative DNA that spans across so many industry sectors and my goal is to bring these founders, entrepreneurs, university academics and corporations together under the Innovation Lab.

As the Partnerships Lead for the 5G Lab in LA, I was the first LA hire made by Verizon on the 5G Lab team. My goal for the first two years on the team was to build out a world-class facility that could attract the best and brightest minds to leverage our best-in-class 5G connectivity solutions and create new products and solutions that could be tested in a controlled lab environment before bringing it out further to commercialization.My responsibilities included overseeing the buildout of the Lab itself which contained Verizon's first Virtual Production stage, a volumetric capture studio, the first 5G Gaming Center (built in partnership with US-based esports team Dignitas), and a Sports and Venue lounge that highlights the work Verizon is doing in sports venues across the country.

Product Operations for Yahoo News & Yahoo EntertainmentWorked with Product Director to oversee a team of ten product managers on the Yahoo News & Entertainment teams, focused on properties include Yahoo News, Yahoo Entertainment & Lifestyle, HuffPost, and the newest product launch Yahoo Play

Working with world-class studios, networks and content creators to develop and acquire original and licensed programs for go90 and other Verizon/Oath digital video platforms.Managed deal negotiations and content partner relationships (including Warner Bros Digital Networks, Machinima, DanceOn, Studio71, Jukin Media, Tastemade, and Gunpowder and Sky) across all Verizon owned and operated digital media platforms. Evaluated deal structures, business models, and competitive landscape to develop content strategies with a focus on distribution to new and established product lines (fios TV, wireless, broadband, Oath, and OTT). Worked with business units to identify and evaluate new and existing partnerships to align with product strategy, customer needs, and financial goals. Led all aspects of deal negotiation process including financial analysis, forecasting, term sheet drafting, and contract negotiations. Drove implementation of new content launches in conjunction with operations, product, and marketing teams.Third employee hired on the LA team.

Served as head of all business operations for Omnia Media (creator partnerships, marketing, sales, original programming, e-commerce, and HR/business administration), reporting into CEO.Spearheaded all revenue-generating initiatives (network recruitment/management/scaling, sales partnerships, marketing, business development) and HR recruitment (hired first ten company employees).Joined company as the third full-time employee.
