Boozhoo,My name is Luke Warnsholz, a proud member of the White Earth Nation, and I bring with me a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to supporting tribal communities.Over the past nine years, I have worked foster economic growth and create opportunities for Native personnel across various tribal entities. This includes administration, casinos, tribal colleges, non-profit organizations, natural resources, housing, water, TERO, and universities.Currently, I am pursuing my Doctorate in Business Administration at Walden University, further enhancing my knowledge and skills in this field.My experience spans multiple departments, including executive direction, human resources, accounting, finance, project management, TERO, economic development, marketing, institutional research, student services, and academics. I have a proven track record in strategic planning, working with tribal grants, and submitting grants to government entities.I have also demonstrated proficiency in all finance and accounting aspects of tribal government, working with attorneys and general counsels, and collaborating with the Human Resources Director to create new policies and projects for our organization.In addition, I have prepared reports for various stakeholders such as Tribal Councils, President, Board of Directors, Chief Financial Officer, Consultants, TERO, AIMS, IPEDS, HLC, and the American Indian Higher Education Consortium.I am well-versed in a variety of training programs, including CPR, First Aid, Harassment in the workforce, Alcohol and Drug Abuse, American Indian Higher Education Consortium, Mental Health First Aid, Understanding Communication Styles, and Professionalism in the workplace.Lastly, I possess comprehensive computer skills and training, including proficiency in Excel, Office 365, Access, Jonas, and other relevant software.Sincerely, Luke Warnsholz
