CurrentCity Station is a real estate development and construction company primarily focused on acquiring, renovating, leasing, and managing historic multifamily properties in Cincinnati. Our aim is to positively impact communities through intentional development and construction. Projects:- York & Baymiller Flats (1900 Baymiller Street): 5 apartments and 825 square feet of commercial space in Cincinnati's West End neighborhood / Scope: Acquired, renovated, and manage. The renovation included a commercial coffee shop build-out. King's Arms Coffee Company, a community-minded coffee shop, operates in the commercial storefront. On this project, we intentionally hired subcontractors located in and around the West End community.- Summit View Flats (930 and 932 Summit Avenue): 7 apartments in Cincinnati’s East Price Hill neighborhood / Scope: Acquired through land contract, exterior and common area renovations (currently undergoing), and manage.- Project Management: Assisting Lauck Properties in the redevelopment of various historic properties throughout Walnut Hills and Over the Rhine. Properties include: 110 e 14th, 106 e 14th, 1400 Walnut St, 1408 Walnut St, 1400 Walnut St, 1400 Clay St, and 2390 Kemper Ln.
