When the COVID-19 Pandemic declared, a number of workplace restrictions were introduced by governments, clients, and employers. As such, Lendlease created a COVID-19 Compliance Officer role for the AGL Loy Yang Summer Readiness Outage. In addition to handling all aspects of COVID control measures, I assisted the safety team for our 350 employees. These included, but not limited to;▪ The delivery of project inductions, approximate 350 employees▪ Raising and distribution of daily pre-start information for supervisors▪ Create and deliver Toolbox Meetings for employees once a fortnight▪ Injury management and incident reporting▪ Conduction of safety related investigations▪ Conduct of Critical Control Checks and Safety Walks▪ Attendance at Daily project HSE Meetings with key stakeholders▪ Respond to first aid injuries on-site and follow correct site procedure
