No matter the workplace I find myself in, I take pride in my good work ethic and friendly, approachable personality. I will always strive to do my absolute best and provide the highest level of quality for any task at hand. My work at Hythe Garden Landscapes has allowed me to develop customer service and satisfaction skills to an extremely high level. This is due to needing to engage and interact with large amounts of different customers all with different requests on a daily basis, and making sure each and every one has a positive experience.Great time management also plays a crucial part of my work. With the need to get multiple tasks finished by the end of each job and multiple jobs finished by the end of each day. I'm responsible for making sure my team are completing tasks and jobs in a timely manner, so that we don't put unneeded pressure on others to help us out. I've acquired strong leadership skills through my on-going 9 years at the company. Being able to delegate tasks to the right people at the right times and ensuring a smooth running of operations during our day to day is of paramount importance so that we can consistently meet the high expectations of customers and colleagues.Through freelance work, hobby interests and self teaching; I've also been able to get a good understanding of computer hardware.My main hobbies include any and all things fantasy & sci-fi. Whether that is tabletop gaming, videogames, TTRPG's, books, TV and movies. I also enjoy various sports and exploring new places through hiking and traveling. I build PC's in my spare time for fun and on request for a variety of people.
