For the last 11 years I have managed both the rollout and ongoing support of complex, rules-based software projects used for the staffing and daily operations of public safety organizations all over the country.Each project I have worked on has required a near-total adaptation of both product and approach to each and maintaining ongoing relationships with key client personnel as their organization matured into their version of our workforce management software, as well as the flexibility to adapt as their needs changed with new collective bargaining contract language, new organizational hires/stakeholders, and many other factors.
