-oversee project scope-manage crews to ensure quality control and building to plan-customer relations in regards to questions or concerns during project build-work with the sales team to make sure project is built how they designed it-upsell products and or add more work to project via change orders to make project more beautiful with lights and extra additions to really make things pop

- Oversee build of $2+ million dollar homes from start to finish- Schedule delivery of materials as needed- Schedule trades in succession as to minimize any amount of downtown of work being completed- Walk houses to ensure quality standards- Ensure all work completed by trades match any change orders and match plans- Schedule building inspections once all work has been completed at each stage- Address any questions homeowners may have during the build process- Work closely with project manager to ensure homeowner has given approvals on certain selections in timely manner to ensure there are no delays on the build process

I help develop and maintain relationships with dealers/distributors who sell James Hardie products. I am also responsible to generate leads through sales associates as well as online web tools. When these customers are identified I use sales process to convert business to James Hardie products and track through Salesforce CRM. Lastly I work with customers and contractors to ensure proper installations and product quality

I am responsible for the day to day operations of running a business. It is my job to teach, train and develop my employees daily to help them achieve their career goals. I have to teach them how to sell but also more importantly to be able to provide excellent customer service while trying to drive revenue through our door. I also work accounts receivable and work on collecting from not only businesses that owe my office money, but as well as past customers too. I am responsible for making sure my business operations on a whole are profitable and if not I am responsible for identifying areas of opportunity in order to help lower the break even at my office and increase operating profits.
