Also held the finance brief for a year, during which we replaced the entire finance system.As part of the IT senior management team, set the technical direction and undertook all hiring for the engineering team as a whole, whilst also sharing ownership of the department budget, risk register and other initiatives.Defined and led (hands-on) the strategic transformation of our e-commerce platform, meeting critical business objectives.
