Program Director, Crisis Outreach Response System For Young Adults (Cors-Ya)
Current• Lead a mobile behavioral health crisis team of Masters level clinicians and Bachelor level case managers serving homeless and unstably-housed young adults across King County.• Initiated a service education and outreach campaign in my first year in the role which correlated with a nearly 25% increase in community referrals from the previous year.• Facilitate monthly community provider dialogues to share resources, discuss behavioral health trends in our participants, and mobilize advocacy and action around system changes. • Expand the CORS-YA program scope to offer our partners proactive support through case consultation, staff trainings, and short-term participant enrollment in stabilization services.• Analyze outreach and referral data, stakeholder feedback, and county performance metrics to make strategic decisions about CORS-YA priorities and expansion opportunities.• Train the YSIC Behavioral Health team in the Crisis Prevention Institute’s Verbal Crisis Intervention curriculum, delivering initial/refresher training to more than 100 staff over the course of the year.• Support program fidelity and contract compliance across the YSIC Housing & Homeless Services teams as a continual quality improvement internal auditor.
