I am a civil litigator with a particular focus on residential disputes.I am experienced in resolving a wide variety of residential and commercial real estate disputes. I have acted for leading developers, housing associations and private individuals in a diverse range of matters in the residential sector, to include landlord and tenant, service charge, housing disrepair, Airbnb/nuisance disputes as well as leasehold enfranchisement work. In the commercial sphere, I act for both landlords and tenants and have experience of forfeiture actions, commercial rent recovery and possession, injunctive relief and actions brought under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.In addition to advising on real property elements such as easements, restrictive covenants, adverse possession and boundary disputes, I also have experience of contentious construction disputes acting for national housebuilders, building contractors and individuals dealing with performance and payment issues arising under JCT contract forms.I am recognised in the Legal 500, 2020 edition for Property Litigation in the South East and I am a member of the Property Litigation Association.I studied Law at the University of Exeter.
