As Dean of Students, I was responsible for student culture, including discipline and supporting behavior in the classroom. I oversaw the creation implementation of our peer mentoring program and student government, and supported classroom teachers through instructional coaching conversations and observations.

In addition to teaching responsibilities, I was the team lead for the lower school Specials teachers and an assistant instructional coach and mentor teacher. In the latter role, I mentored new teachers in classical pedagogy, classroom management, and other essentials for teaching a variety of K-8 subjects.

During my internship in a freshman member's office, I conducted legislative research and provided bill analysis. I also drafted correspondence, served as a liaison to constituents, and completed casework for them.

Create and edit new content for the website and social media, as well as edit old content to work with the new website layout. Worked with Drupal and became proficient in using AP style.

Provided additional help to beginning economics students.
