My responsibilities at The Football Association centre around the thought leadership and implementation of new strategies within the Grassroots division. Further to this, I lead on all strategic reporting requirements for the Grassroots Division including providing support on FA Game Changers, our Grassroots Strategy KPIs and County FA KPIs.I am fortunate enough to have represented The FA at an international level by leading a Football and Social Responsibility trip to Tiblisi, Georgia, in partnership with the United Nations, and by attending the UEFA Equal Game Conference. My background was developed at Kent FA where I was the Development Officer for Youth Football for 4 years. This included driving participation, project management and creative problem solving.At my core I am passionate about empowering young people. This has led me to tutor over 150 FA Safeguarding Children Workshops on behalf of The FA to football coaches across the county. I am also studying part-time with the Open University to complete a degree (BA Hons Combined Social Sciences). This 12 hours a week course will take around 6 years to complete but will widen my knowledge on politics, economics, geography, social policy and psychology. I have completed the first module with a distinction and have commenced Module 2.
