Work aside, I am also an aspiring musician and actor/voice over artist, not professionally, it is a hobby which allows me to put my energy and emotions to a something constructive and has helped my development in life in many ways. I have always surrounded myself with people who inspire me and give me energy and this has taken my life on some incredible journeys. I make a point of consistently going that extra mile for customers and have helped many customers and have a proven track record. Going forward I would ideally aim to help employers with the set up of Auto enrolment & workplace pensions, also helping advise people on fund investments and the general management of a pension, in order to get the most from your investments.I am open to offers for similar roles within a finance related industry.I have always accepted a challenge and enjoyed the process of sleuthing to get the result I am looking for, which is to help the customer/client with any issues they may have faced. I will ask closed, fixed questions in order to get a good idea of what needs to be or has already been done, getting to the root and fixing the problem. I have received awards for my efforts and letters of recommendation from customers thanking me for my attention and efforts, this, for me is sound proof that I am doing things properly.
