During my second season at the pleasure beach, I was entrusted with more responsibilities incl. Guest relations emails including complaints and compliments. This consisted of using various software and databases along with conversing with various managers around the park, checking details of ride-related issues including CCTV to hopefully resolve guest related issues or forward on guest compliments to senior management.Face to face guest relations located on park, dealing with immediate issues raised by guests.Cashing up of tills and treasury responsibilities.Constant interaction with guests ensuring everyone enjoys their day as much as possible.
