I started working for Safeway when I was 16 as a summer job, and worked my way up while going through high school and college (BA in Political Science). Working with the public for 15 years facilitated the development of interpersonal and collaborative skills that served me well when I moved into management. For 4 years I had the opportunity to help help lead the Front End Department into becoming one of the best Front Ends in the division. We routinely raised in the top tier for fundraisers, consistently had excellent customer service scores, and helped many people over the years develop their professional skills. The keys to this success was fostering a sense of family among my coworkers and holding people accountable. I left Safeway on a positive terms to purse other opportunities. For the last 3 years I've been driving for Uber and Lyft in the Seattle area and Central Florida.Electrosonic has been a great company to work for, and I have greatly improved my PM skills since starting.
