Employed with CTR Secure Services since 2018, with the intention to explore a new career path having spent all my career as a graphic designer. Inspired by the philosophy and enthusiasm filtered through everyone at CTR Secure Services, I joined as CCTV Control Room Operative. Soon my attention to detail and skill set from my years as a graphic designer quickly expanded my role, assisting with the creation of marketing material to boost the CTR brand. Following promotion to Team Leader, this soon diverged into a more analytical role, spearheading the growth of the Intelligence Team. With the introduction of the PSOC (Physical Security Operations Centre), my role migrated to that of PSOC Manager before progressing to PSOC Operations Security Manager, overseeing the day to day running of the CCTV Control Room and the Intelligence Team. With the continued growth within CTR Secure Services and continued personal development, I have since passed both the Certified Social Media Intelligence Expert (CSMIE) and Certified Cyber Intelligence Professional (CCIP) courses and currently undertaking a Level 5 in Security Management.In addition, I am an experienced Graphic Designer with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Skilled in Photography, Graphics, Illustrations, Logo Design, Microsoft Word, and Advertising. Strong arts and design professional with a BA Honours in Graphic Design focused in Graphic Design from Anglia Polytechnic University, Cambridge c/o Lowestoft College.
