Managing internal performance metrics, submitting regional and national data returns, facilitating improvement projects including: Care Group data driven Integrated Performance Reports; Implementing national Patient Choice guidance; supporting Care Groups to fulfil national targets to resolve the longest waiting patients at 104, 78 and now 65 weeks. Other key responsibilities of my role include: the use of SPC charts and data triangulation; report writing; liaising with service and Care Group managers; fullfilling FOI and internal data requests; data quality.

Healthcare Assistant for the Covid immunisation programme, employed with the Hertfordshire Community Trust, based first at the Avanti Meadows Primary School vaccination centre then Bishop's Stortford, and now Harlow Leisurezone. Role includes vaccinating patients with SARS-CoV-2 vaccines; accurate inputting of patient vaccination records on the Pinnicle system; assisting other vaccinators and management with providing accurate information about the covid vaccines and vaccination process to patients; assisting in giving first aid to patients should they become unwell. The role has included challenging tasks such as safeguarding for vulnerable patients; caring for patients that have fainted, sometimes with a vasovagal response; communicating with patients that have extremely little understanding of English; addressing the concerns of vaccine hesitant individuals and overcoming obstacles raised by technical issues such as Pinnacle system outages.

I was employed during university holiday periods in hospitality, as a customer/sales assistant either in the stores' cafe or deli. This position has given me vast experience in shop floor customer service, communicating with and assisting hundreds of people on a daily basis as part of a large team of staff.
