With over 15 years of experience in software and electronic product development, I am a digital product and service design leader who is passionate about creating meaningful product experiences from end-to-end. I have engineered software for desktop, web, mobile, and embedded platforms, and more recently, I have focused on UX design. As the UX Manager at Tracerco Ltd, I am building an internal UX design team from the ground up, embedding user-centred design processes into a traditionally engineering-led product department. I work closely with Product Management to develop product strategy and market fit, and I run product discovery programmes, facilitate workshops and design sprints, and interview users. I also design software interfaces, produce interactive wireframes, build DevOps backlogs, and work closely with Scrum teams during development. Additionally, I establish digital design guides, conduct user testing and early design validation, and evangelize for the value of design and UX strategy. I enjoy working with complex, multi-platform products that require user research and validation at all stages of product development.
