I graduated with a Bachelors degree from the Haslam College of Business majoring in finance with a concentration in leadership. My biggest career aspiration is achieving a position working closely with or working directly as the CFO of a company or cooperation. I’ve shown great consistency in hard work and dedication through my multiple jobs in my early career. In a past job as a Lab Tech, I never missed out on any opportunity to better myself and how I did my job. I strived to surpass all deadlines given to me. I used my hard work and dedication everyday as a Server as well in my early career. I made sure to provide the best environment for my own customers as well as my fellow teamates' customers. I’ve always gone out of my way to make sure each and every guest has all they could ever ask for in a restaurant.In the past, I’ve shown great leadership skills through team building exercises at Calhoun’s restaurant. These team building exercises I’ve led have created a better work environment as well as improved our team chemistry. I show other necessary leadership skills through the training of multiple new team members. These new hires that I train continue to work much like me and receive great praise from our management team and customers. I also communicate clearly and effectively with other business professionals.From Calhoun’s that led me to Chop House where I continued my serving and leadership. I continued to manage multiple parties at once while maintaining a cool demeanor. Service has shown that communication is one of the most important skills one can accomplish. Over time, I have grown my communication abilities to pursue a supervisor position with Chop House. Here I dedicated my time to influencing others to reach their best potential. I managed any situation with our guests that could be presented throughout any meal service. I also managed meals leaving our kitchen to ensure we served each guest with excellence. After graduation, I remained with Chop House until I could pursue the Financial industryI am now a Financial Counselor with 21st Mortgage. I oversee more than 1500 clients and work with our management to provide excellent service. Working with our customers, I assist with financial budgeting, planning, and servicing. Through dedication and collaboration, I am able to provide potential financial aid or preparation to my customers. From this, I plan to continuing in growing my communication, leadership, as well as any essential skills to pursue my future endeavors.
