Previously an optometrist in New Zealand with years of experience serving clients in clinical practice.Given my experience working with, and alongside people as an optometrist and in retail, I have a wealth of interpersonal skills including cultural competence, communication, collaboration and an excellence in providing service. I also have experience managing client accounts and developing strong relationships with patients and customers leading to customer loyalty and satisfaction. Working in retail and within a privately owned optometry practice I have experience with financial analysis and budgeting and writing reports. I also have experience in research and analysis.I am hard working, motivated and set high standards of myself as evident by my high academic achievement, and awards I have received during my career. I work well under pressure and have excellent time management.
