Working directly under the general manager, my role is to garner positive reviews from clients; solve new and existing issues from customers that had already purchased; liaising with our compliance and service managers to gain the best outcome for situations; updating the directors with weekly targets; second-facing clients during the handover process and working with third party review/awards companies to gain positive exposure for the company.I started as the photographer, however my telephone manner and empathetic approach to customers was quickly noticed - from there I was offered a position to move up within the company and to take on more responsibilities. My role deals with very sensitive information and is a trusted role within the business - It is also a very difficult position as I am the first point of contact should any issues arise for a customer.During my time at Junction 17, I also gained some sales experience - selling cars of £50,000 upwards; I gained some sales enquiries experience (cold calling) and incoming calls; I have a better understanding of social media marketing and in general, have gained a lot of skills.

Working underneath the Marketing Manager, my role is to photograph all new stock we receive in a custom-built Studio; to edit and upload the finished products to the company website; to re-capture existing cars that have had new changes made to them. My role is a highly trusted position with the task of moving prestige cars around the site, and uploading the finished products to the company’s international website.After innovating the photography department, I moved up within the company on to their aftersales department.

My duties here include, but are not limited to:- Ensuring the accurate allocation of print figures to publishers and their titles- Tailoring scenarios to match desired print figures, whilst also cutting costs- Ensuring that promotions within stores are adhered to and executed- Communicating with publishers, wholesalers, circulation managers and clients to achieve the best possible sales and printing results

My duties here included, but were not limited to:- Processing prescriptions in a timely manner, adhering to targets and quality checks- Assisting with queries from the partnering call centre- Running downloads and updating the hourly spreadsheet that would be forwarded to company directors- Contacting General Practitioners and patients regarding medical devices and prescriptions
