Over 5 years of experience working for HUD's Asset Manager driving department productivity, improving closing processes, and adjusting to new industry standards.Restructured the closing department at a foundational level to align specialists with their natural strengths in order to stimulate growth within individual roles and enable the department to handle a 300% increase in pipeline volume.Creatively handled difficult cases where HUD's priorities and a buyer's positive experience did not align in order to bring value to HUD and reconcile the buyer's experience.Managed up to 600 closings on a monthly basis and delegated incoming tasks to closing specialists to ensure tasks were completed efficiently and documents were sent out timely.With a team of 6 people, closed 110 million in sales for HUD from August through October 2015.Interacted directly with HUD on a daily basis to resolve customer complaints, obtain approvals for post-closing payments, sell off old inventory and make decisions that resulted in HUD’s best interests being fulfilled.Resolved issues with title by instructing mortgagees and foreclosing attorneys to release mortgages, complete boundary surveys and execute corrective deeds.
