As a Caddie at TopGolf, my primary responsibility is to deliver drinks from the bar and Caddie Shack to players in a timely and friendly manner. My role is to ensure players have an enjoyable experience by providing exceptional service, maintaining cleanliness of service areas and improve overall venue operations.

At age 14, I launched and currently manage a successful online retail business specializing in the acquisition and resale of high-value limited edition items, such as athletic shoes, gaming consoles, and clothing. By effectively leveraging inventory management skills, closely monitoring market trends, and utilizing software like Excel to analyze sales data and track performance metrics, I achieve profit margins of 25%-200% per transaction and have generated over $100,000 in revenue. I facilitate hundreds of transactions, build strong customer relationships that drive growth and profitability, and use the profits earned to fund my college living expenses.

I began my internship at William Douglas Property Management on June 5th, 2023 and learned about the ins and outs of managing a large portfolio of residential and commercial real estate. During my tenure, I performed property maintenance activities and inspections to ensure properties were well-maintained and compliant with HOA standards.
