As the Senior Digital & Design Executive, I provided support to the Head of Clients, Data, and Digital Marketing in delivering our firm's overarching digital strategy. I took the lead responsibility in certain areas to ensure the successful outcome of our digital initiatives. I was also in charge of design and media in creation and acting as a guardian to the firms brand, monitoring its use across collateral and digital channels.- Supported the Head of Digital in managing and maintaining the systems for the firm’s website, liaising with external developers to ensure the evolution of the website is in line with best practice and meets the needs of the firm- Co-ordinated web content with Business Development and Heads of practice areas, advising on SEO strategy and page optimisation- Provided reports on and track web analytics and digital campaigns to improve and develop content and usage Trained BD team and provided tailored website dashboards to ensure objectives are being met -Lead the development, implementation and management of PPC campaigns, including advising, monitoring and reporting on spend as appropriate, as well as management of invoices/billing, advising on the appropriate channel for maximum ROI- Developed the firms social media strategy, working with an external agency ensuring best practice was upheld to communicate with a variety of audiences on shared platforms- Managed and maintained the firm brand across all collateral physical and digital channels- Produced print ads for multiple trade and national publications including The Times- Lead the production of podcasts, webinars and video content for the firm. Supporting the BD team with best practice advice on format, structure and output to best resonate with the appropriate audience- Acted as the firm photographer, including the employee photo programme, events and PR

Working closely with the Digital Marketing and Technology Lead my role was focused on website improvement and maintenance, social media management and analytics.
