I capture market share for the mechanical insulation products through technical leadership and driving insulation product specification and penetration. Through a customer base of architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, I develop new opportunities in my assigned territories. Other key responsibilities include relationship development throughout the entire sales cycle with engineers and owners, as well as with contractors, designers, and the sales team to ensure success within the commercial construction industries.

Leading sales and marketing for insulation and heat management materials, like radiant barrier, reflective insulation, insulated packaging, and facer films. I cultivated and maintained relationships with customers while leading marketing efforts to expand our reach.As Business Development Manager, my responsibilities also included analyzing potential products for commercial viability, and helping to develop and market new products for our metalization and coating technology in the heat management materials space.

I sold radiant barrier and insulation products to dealers, installers and contractors, worked to develop personal relationships with architects, engineers and government officials, and I can also speak in terms that a novice homeowner can understand.I started off as sales support for this manufacturer and moved up quickly to a sales director and manager. I was the top salesman for 2011 and broke the record for highest sales in a single month. I have been put in charge of many projects including but not limited to the addition of new products to our product line, the addition of web pages on the company site, and even working with international trade associations.
