Also manages our subcontractor, WSOS, which provides SSVF services across 10 rural northwestern Ohio counties.-Manages the By-Name List for Cuyahoga County, a service area that includes over one hundred Grant Per Diem (GPD) beds. Convenes the Homeless Veterans Workgroup and the Outreach Coordination Workgroup in efforts to End Veteran Homelessness. Reports monthly benchmark progress to the Ending Veteran Homelessness Leadership Group, which ensures that policies and procedures are implemented appropriately at the local community level.-Proposed and developed the SSVF Diversion Program, hired & trained additional staff on Shelter Diversion to reduce inflow onto the homeless veterans By-Name List (BNL).-Facilitated Cuyahoga's system response to USICH Federal Benchmarks & Criteria application.
