At Yellow Book Tech my priority is to align my daily tasks with the company’s long-term goals. I assist the Sales division with quoting, pricing, and invoicing for RAS equipment sales. I utilize 3D modeling (SketchUp, Auto CAD, and Photoshop) for RAS design which includes Equipment sizing & specification and Space/Energy Utilization/Optimization.

As a Designer, I saw through the creation of the Yellow Book Tech website. My graphic design skills were utilized in the Professor T’s Pitch Deck, YouTube Channel, and Yellow Book Tech website. I practiced equipment sizing and system designing for several aquaculture systems. In my role as a Designer I relied on software like Auto CAD, Photoshop, and Sketch Up to accomplish my tasks. These tasks often included generating graphics, 3D models, and editing.

As a lecture notes transcriber for Dr. Xiuping Zhu I transcribed lecture notes using Microsoft Word to create documents used by both the professor and students enrolled in a Water Chemistry course at LSU.

At AST I aided in the design and construction of recirculating aquaculture systems. I maintained and monitored a saltwater shrimp grow out system to research the impact of water quality on stocking density through a USDA funded research grant. At AST I became experienced with water quality analysis, animal husbandry, and RAS system design and construction. I also assisted with the experimental design, construction, and day-to-day management of USDA funded research to design RAS and filtration for commercial shrimp aquaculture.

As an IT Print Desk Technician I provided technical support to students and faculty while servicing printing hardware throughout LSU campus.
