At TNW I ran innovation programs - sourcing and connecting startups with corporates. I also supported startups to grow their business, raise funds, and connect to customers. I did some work with government agencies to build their startup ecosystems.I managed and coached junior employees, did some hiring, and delved into monthly financial updates. I led the sustainability and health verticals at TNW.While I left to pursue my own adventures in June 2022, I still work with TNW on individual projects.

I did quantitative and qualitative analysis, human-centred design, and lots of slide decks and workshops.I worked with clients in financial services (investment, banking, and insurance), education, logistics, and manufacturing.

Mahony Horner Lawyers is a specialist insurance, commercial, property and dispute resolution law firm in Wellington, New Zealand. I was in the commercial law team. I supported my clients with business acquisitions and disposals, preparing and reviewing commercial contracts and providing advice on corporate governance, compliance and structure. I also assisted trade associations and charities with their legal challenges.

I completed legal support and research engagements for commercial, land and Māori land law topics.
