Working with the R&D function and its partners; deploying my improvement expertise to solve problems, imparting my knowledge to build improvement capability, working with senior leaders to get Lean Six Sigma on their agenda.Achievements:- Delivered improved company-wide compliance with US regulatory requirements, resulting in the avoidance of $millions in sanctions - Developed a strategy and 2 year plan for Lean Six Sigma deployment for the Europe and India region, resulting in; a fully stocked pipeline of projects and the delivery of $1m worth of efficiency savings.- Coached and mentored 7 Green Belts through to external accreditation.

My role included engagements with RBS Group Citizens Bank in Pittsburgh (USA), the Investment banking business unit and multiple transformations within the Group Operations division. Working with senior leaders to understand their current business problems and deploying the most appropriate lean tools to benefit their teams. Achievements:- Realised circa £2m worth of cost savings through a range of transformations, including; introducing real-time resourcing across three UK sites, $1m of budget gap closure during a 14 week tactical deployment at RBS Citizens Bank, and an Organisational Design for a PMO function- 10% improvement in customer satisfaction at a Pittsburgh area branch contact centre; through the deployment of standardisation in key processes.- Adapted the McKinsey “5 lenses, 5 phases” to meet business needs, including; reduced SME support, focus on morale building through Mindsets and Behaviours, or presenting a new PMO function through Organisation and Skills.
