Currently involved in the new RPM Indoor Kart centre as I.T Manager. Managing all I.T based systems in this centre which helps them run all of the state of the art technology not yet seen in Ballarat in terms of hire karting!

At the moment I am currently working for the Newcrest service desk. This involves a lot of queue management as well as customer interaction. Most notably at the present I have had excellent customer satisfaction feedback, and great client base. My role includes first and second level support at all hours of the day. Use of tools such as VNC/Infra Enterprise and any Microsoft infrastructure tools such as SMS/AD/SCCM.

This was a secondary role on top of my software distribution commitments.Release management end to end to ensure release of software into the Westpac environment was completed successfully. This role encompassed ITIL framework and change management processes.

Software distribution specialist specializing in software distribution. Use oftools such as Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager, IBM Tivoli,Micrsoft AD/Group Policy deployment and infrastructure management.Software Release management for Westpac. End to end software releaseinto the environment. I was seconded into this role for 3 months.Remote Technical Support - 3rd Level. Solution providing for RTS when software was not installing/deployed correctly via SCCM or group policy.

Worked on the Westpac account and various other accounts(government cleared).Outstanding call statistics and fill in for back office and processing when required. Also assisted with Remote Technical Support when required. Use of a variety of call logging tools(HEAT/TSD/Remedy/ISM)

Tasks included managing customerservices and server maintenance as well as website management.
