Processing the inspectors report to have a layer rectify an issue or have a manufacturer representative attend and report. Following up the client and parties involved to guarantee a successful and positive outcome for both the company and client.

Osbourne Park

Liaising with building supervisors to ensure preparation for installers.Entering and running reports on scheduled jobs through Schedule Pro and RFMS.Preparing work order information for the installation teams.Running reports and printing plans for allocation team.

While completing my studies, I worked as a shift supervisor at Civic Video, Umina. My role covered the duties of customer service, store upkeep, staff management and cash flow.
