I entered into transport unbeknownst to the world that awaited. I started with a small family business where my position changed frequently, in which I ended up controlling a fleet of over 40 line haul vehicles. Specialising in refrigerator work to and from Mt Gambier, S & S provided me with an amazing insight into Transport and Logistics. I moved to Northline and begun as a Special Quotes Officer, where I would cost the movements of large freight items. From there I moved to WSL where I was introduced to warehousing, and provided me with valuable knowledge, not only in warehousing, but also within the wine industry. Returning to Northline, I commenced as a Customer Service Officer, eventually moving into the Contract Coordination team, with primary responsibilities that included being a first point of contact for all major and key accounts at an operational and sales level, as well as providing crucial support to Major Account Managers. Throughout my time at Northline I was able to progress through the business, eventually leading a combined team to cover both Major Account customer service and Prepaid/One off quoting for more mum and dad customers. Upon completing my Bachelors degree in Marketing, I begun working with Toll Global Express, focusing on developing new business across road, air and rail. In 2023 I am excited to begin my journey as a Major Account Manager with EFM in Sydney, AU.
