In my current role as the National Business Manager for Digital, I am responsible for the end-to-end business for our B2B product - Coles for Business. Responsibilities include:- Leading the sales and account management teams to drive client acquisition and retention. - Building relationships with all of our major business customers, striving to always meet their needs and funnel their feedback through our product roadmap.- Ownership of the Coles for Business product roadmap, ensuring we put our business customers at the heart of every website development prioritisation decision.- Leading the customer engagement strategy design and execution for B2B content, trade and promotions.- Accountable for the B2B P&L, including management of the B2B customer offer and credit account offering.With support from a number of passionate and intelligent team members, Coles for Business has been transformed into one of the fastest and most exciting growth channels at Coles.
