As an Internal Communications Coordinator, I produced and delivered clear, accurate and timely communications which were right first time. This included populating news and tasks onto the company engagement platform, cascade packs, head office emails, video content and briefing documents. This was done by planning to detail, ensuring daily, weekly, monthly and project deadlines are met. I assisted in the planning and implementing key colleague engagement events throughout the year, complimented by the creation and production of ad-hoc seasonal packs, such as Christmas Planning Books. I challenged stakeholders when communication requests were untimely or not fit for purpose. Assisted the company to hit it's KPI's by managing Active Sell (up-selling) campaigns including but not exclusive to; setting targets, monitoring results and compliance and ordering prizes. Produced and designed Internal Poster Campaigns for Stores, DC's and SSC's, including sourcing information for the internal 'One Weekly' document.

My main tasks as a Store Support Advisor were to provide support for stores over the phone, by email and through Yammer on a range of queries. I would take ownership of each issue raised, and provided a solution for the store by either resolving them myself or with the help of my colleagues within the Store Support team, liaising with other colleagues through the business, or by logging certain issues with third parties outside of One Stop.I would also get involved in a variety of other tasks that were relevant in supporting store teams, such as the business roadshow, ordering bookwork and more.

My main tasks as a Store Manager were to make sure all customers and staff have a great experience, by creating a friendly atmosphere, and ensuring the team and I are smart and ready for work. I also spend time liaising with customers, asking for feedback on their store experience and dealing with complaints effectively.I also lead safety awareness, following all security procedures while accepting and receiving deliveries, safe counting, morning banking, and on the shop floor to ensure all colleagues and customers are kept safe. I also make sure to follow company processes for report checking and general store practice, along with coaching the team to constantly ensure that we remain legal in relation to People, Health and Safety and Trading Law, aiming for a positive audit result.I am also responsible for all training and development in store, making sure the team have completed their modules in a timely manner, ensuring they are fully trained on the tills and have a strong understanding of One Stop policies and processes, as well as actively promoting team work and supporting colleagues in their development so they are able to progress within the business.
