I led the expansion of a legacy executive search firm back into a vertical we had been out of for more than ten years. Built a book of business from scratch, and trained and mentored team members in the commercial construction industry and developed relationships with general contractors and specialty trades subcontractors across the country. During this time, I concurrently Co Hosted a podcast with one of the Managing Directors. Our podcast was interview based, where we sat down with various leaders across both the residential and commercial construction industries to discuss leadership, culture, and building companies.

After transitioning from the Marine Corps, I joined the nation's largest provider of DoL Registered Apprenticeship programs as a recruiter and eventually was promoted to managing the department. Our team of recruiters successfully hired over 250 Military Veterans into full-time positions as Apprentices with some of the leading contractors in the nation, in trades including structural ironworkers, rodbusters, commercial electricians, drywall installers, pipefitters, and instrumentation techniciains.

Subject Matter Expert on Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense. Develop curriculum and deliver training to Marines on CBRN Hazards, Unit and Individual Survival Measures, Decontamination procedures. As CBRN Defense Chief, ensured subordinate Marines were adequately trained and proficient in delivering training package. Working with Intelligence section, developed Theater Specific Threat Training for deploying units. In addition to Instructor duties, served as a member of a Hazardous Materials Response Team. As a member of Hazmat Team, performed duties including reconnaissance and marking of contaminated areas, Sensitive Site Exploitation (SSE), hazard mitigation, sampling and identification of hazardous materials, and decontamination of contaminated personnel and equipment.
