As the Head of Production I oversee all aspects of our agency work. I pride myself on putting user experience, client satisfaction and technical maintainability at the forefront of everything we do.I am responsible for our continued excellent working relationships with clients, helping to define and realise their requirements. I leverage these relationships to become a "client champion" immersing myself in the subject matter of the project, so I can facilitate creating meaningful and engaging work.Ensuring clients are always up to date with the status of the project, whilst keeping on schedule and within budget is a key aspect of my role.
