I was brought in ahead Lucy's book & album launch, to oversee her online presence and create a dedicated communication strategy.The first step was to ideate a compelling content plan to engage her audience across various social media platforms, generating buzz and excitement around the book & album release.The second task to develop communication defence strategies to effectively address any potential negative feedback or challenges that might arise during the campaign. In-line with Lucy's commitment to mental health advocacy & the context of the book, we partnered with MIND to implement mental health signposting within our communication efforts, ensuring that her followers had access to valuable resources and support. We combined creativity, strategic thinking, and a genuine passion for promoting mental well-being to make sure we covered the full communication mix. The book has now gone on to become a New York Times #2 Best Seller and a top #10 Amazon Best Seller.After campaign 1, we reached 23 million users, gained 28 thousand new followers, had 1.2 million page visits, and recorded 544 thousand engagements.
