During my time in Operations I was lucky enough to be trained up on attractions, moving to a senior level managing staff scheduling and main ride operator controls. I was awarded with Ride Star in 2015 and was also given the opportunity to help create and open a new star tour behind the scene paid experience where guests were given a private tour.

During my time at VRTP I have gained further experience in Customer Service and the operations of Retail.
