Manage Components of Scotiabank's Corporate and Commercial Key Client Setups. Specifically project manage technical setup of:- Scotiabank's Electronic Cash Management Applications- Communications links between client and bank - ftp, ftp-pgp, ftps (ftpssl), sftp (ssh), connect:direct, hardware vpn, https webservices- Define data mapping for clients that do not have their own data mapping capabilities- Maintain technical user-guides and documentation for these services- Define requirements and work with product teams and development teams. To develop and maintain new and existing electronic services. - Define and track customer and bank problems to have them resolved by development teamWork with development team to define new and innovative ways to connect customers to the banks network using a rapid development model. Liase with the client and the development team to define the client on-boarding process and application functions that will support that on-boarding. All this is done using Software simulation tools and SOA architecture design methodologies.

Work as a technical product manager on Scotiabank's Global Cash Management Web banking Application (https://www.scotiaconnect.scotiabank.com/).- Worked on dynamic team defining requirements and fixes for product development

Sr Technical Analyst. Worked on a highly technical team as a Consultant. I assisted Corporate clients with their setup and configuration for any of Scotia's Corporate Electronic Banking Services. I worked with clients helping them navigate the huge number of solutions available to them, I would identify the correct solution, for the client and then assist them with the sign up and configuration process. I also worked in conjunction with a dedicated team of "on demand" programmers. If customers could not utilize any of Scotia's 'out of the box" solutions, I would work between them and our development team to develop a "one off " solution to solve their immediate need. This solution would eventually be integrated back into the main product offering.

Directing and setting up multiple multi day LiveStream Events for IBA

CPI owns the Sears Portrait Studio Concessions. I worked with them for 2 years as an Installation Technician. I installed their first generation digital Freeze Frame camera system. Was a great job. Got to travel all of North America!
