Lead Environmental, Health And Safety Consultant
CurrentSee "about" above- Assists' Clients with Strategic Planning to achieve specific goals: assessment of the existing management system, root cause of risk analysis, risk reduction, mod rate reduction, etc.- Performs environmental inspections and assessments including sampling for lead, asbestos, indoor air quality and other factors- Assists school districts across Wisconsin with Environmental, Health and Safety program management and organization, to assist in identifying risk/hazards and identify methodology to implement controls. Works with applicable regulatory agencies to determine applicable local, state, and federal regulations. - Performs training (Hazard Communication, LOTO, Confined Space, BBP, PIT, etc.) in front of small (2) and large crowds (200+), oversees a multitude of sampling types utilizing industrial hygiene techniques, performs JSA/PPE Assessments, inspections/audits(safety, chemical, etc)- Firsthand experience with OSHA/DSPS inspections, re-inspections, reports and abatement activities- Continuous improvement efforts concentrated at all levels of position, increased consistency of documentation, inspecting, and consulting Certified Wisconsin Asbestos Inspector, Management Planner, and Lead Hazard Investigator
