SingleSource ("SiSo") is an enterprise SaaS platform focused on offering M&A technology to the world's biggest asset managers. Operating at the confluence of M&A technology, RiskTech, LegalTech and InsurTech, SiSo offers solutions specifically designed for use on and around M&A deals by investors (including co-investors), lawyers, due diligence advisors, insurance brokers and underwriters and escrow agents.

FutureVault is a FinTech startup. We've built a white label vault product for document management and collaboration between organizations and their customers.My role is to lead FutureVault’s Engineering, DevOps, Quality Assurance and Project Management functions. I also oversee the company’s compliance processes and policies. (25 people).

Technology and information management services. EY Electronic Publishing Services Inc built and operates a white label web based research platform (Knotia) that’s ubiquitous in the Canadian market. I build out the platform and have sold tens of millions of consulting services to enterprise and government clients looking to extend and customize it.I held numerous roles of increasing responsibility up to the level of Senior Manager where my core competencies include a hybrid of Team lead, Software engineering lead, Product owner and sales activities.

ALR Technology was a failed startup.I was a full stack developer for an online multimedia search engine during the summer and during my 3rd year of university.
