Retail background, currently within the Financial Services sector as Technology Director for the exciting merger journey between Atlanta & Markerstudy Group into a newly formed Markerstudy Distribution. I was formerly responsible for McDonald's UK Technology Leadership – specialising in Cyber Security, Solution & Enterprise architecture, Business Analysis & all IT Product Portfolios (Infrastructure & Back Office (Finance / Data / Back Office) having worked at pace on a large retail industry with a mature Technology team. Culture, well being, development & motivation of functions are key to business success - all the more so in a post COVID era - and raising a Technology Department out of being a service delivery partner to respected Business 'go-to' for Technical solutions is key. I champion a people first, culture focused approach across both Technology and the wider business, thriving on transforming less mature organisations to enterprise grade.
