I have worked for over 20 years in business with the last 10 being in leadership and the last 5 being in C-Suite/Board Level leadership. I came up through the creative side of things, and through writing and design, I learned how to make complicated ideas simple. That propelled me into the business and leadership side of things but the principles remained, make it simple and understandable and people will follow. I am now an Executive, Creative and Leadership coach who wants to help you do the same. At Ramsey we did everything in house, and I mean everything. I was able to work on and lead the creative for Financial Peace University, all of our national bestselling books, live events development and production for thousands of people, TV shows, Youtube shows, podcasts, consumer products, games, and personality brand development, digital products like DaveRamsey.com, EveryDollar, SmartVestor, SmartDollar and much more.Over the years at Ramsey, I won multiple awards for leadership including the Emergence Award, and the Crusade Award and In 2019, I was asked to be on the Board of Ramsey Solutions as the Chief Creative Officer. In that role, I led our creative team of over 150 writers, designers, editors, project managers, and more. I helped drive our efforts to become more aligned to a branded house than a house of brands, plus driving the creation of our first-ever full-length documentary on the student loan debacle, Borrowed Future. I was also the Chair of the Internal Communication and Culture Committee and in 2020 helped us navigate the adventurous waters of Covid 19 and Helming company communication to our over 1000 team members. And through all of that, the thing that mattered to me most was people. Helping leaders and team members figure out what they want and the changes they need to make within themselves to get it and then make it happen. I helped build Ramsey Solutions into a world-class brand, culture and company and now I help CEO's, Executive Creative Leaders, and Small Business Owners do the same for their companies and churches.
