Thank you for taking the time to view my profile! I will highlight some of my printing industry experiences for you. At Plastic Printers, I am the Founder & Visionary. On a daily basis, I engage in multiple outlets of our business. As a Leadership Team member, I run the company along with six others to accomplish growth & profitability as our main objective. As a Visionary, I plan for the future through innovation while processing how to bring our big ideas to life. I place a high level of value on my staff and portray this through company culture, cheerleading, and mentoring. As the Founder of Plastic Printers, I take pride in every aspect of my company and want to ensure that every customer leaves Plastic Printers 100% satisfied. Before I created Plastic Printers, I worked at multiple companies learning the ins and outs of the printing industry. My first job in the printing industry was at District 833. This is where I learned the basics of printing such as operating the printing machine, installing the printing plate, and ensuring the paper and ink meet specific expectations. After I was introduced into the printing industry, I had 3 addition jobs that lead me to make my decision of establishing Plastic Printers. Within these positions, I had to ensure that safety guidelines were met, maintain production and inventory usage documents, and adapt the press for job runs to accomplish specifications.
