This spans a broad range of functions; HR, Supply Chain, Planning, Merchandising, Finance, Wholesale Sales & Customer Services. It is in the ideation and project shaping phase where value is unlocked through identifying the right priorities and capabilities, and it is where I am at my best, asking probing questions as I seek to understand, applying complex problem solving and getting the creative juices flowing.I manage a team of functional managers who are responsible for delivering the prioritized capabilities, alongside a regular stream of minor enhancements while keeping incidents to a minimum. Guiding and developing the team through continuous feedback and regular retrospectives on what has been learned is another area where I focus time.
